Flexible and simple
The electro-pneumatic systems IFC® AMP and IFC® AMC have been developped for the spray lubrication of conveyors and general chains.
Usable in any kind of application and work environment, they are the specific solution of needs for the dry and clean spray lubrication of any type of chain, aerial conveyor, machine-side conveyor or underground conveyor.

Planned to dose a precise quantity of lubricant (3 to 30 mm3) applying it with precision in the contact points like pins, chain links, buggy wheels or any part in movement, they help to reduce the stick slip, the wearing of chains and conveyors, increasing also the plant efficiency.

IFC® AMP and IFC® AMC systems are ecological friendly, hardly reduce the quantity of used lubricant, do not create noisy fogs or drips, keeping the work environment safe and healthy.
Application areas
- Food & Beverage Industry
- Pharmaceutical Industry
- Automotive Industry
- Industrial automation
- Textile Industry
- Cement and stone work industry
- Cave, lavorazione pietre, etc...
- Packaging
- Converting
- Handling
- Pick and place
- … and wherever a spray lubrication of specific target points is requested
Advantages
- Dry and clean lubrication
- Clean working environment
- Reduced consumption of lubricant
- No lubricant dripping
- Optimal slipping of containers
- Reduction of “stick-slip”
- Reduction of energy consumption
- RReduction of chains wearing
- Easy management
- Wide range of applications
- Ecological friendly, due to the very low quantity of lubricant used
The system
IFC® AMP and IFC® AMC are electro-pneumatic lubrication systems of type “minimal, modular, with injection”. Distribution of the lubricant on the target point is made with nozzle heads (with calibrated hole) and acted by volumetric pneumatic micro-pumps

Quantity of dosed lubricant is adjustable from 3 up to 30 mm3 per each micro-pump individually. Regulation is made by setting the collar on the side of the micro-pump with clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.
Thanks to its particularity, IFC® AMP and AMC system can release the lubrication with work frequency up to 120 cycles/minute, according to the viscosity degree of the used lubricant.
Control and management
Management of IFC® AMP and IFC® AMC systems is obtained through a digital microprocessor which starts the lubrication cycle on the basis of type and speed of the chain or of type of conveyor.
In case of IFC® AMP the command input is given by a proximity sensor, while for IFC® AMC the input comes from the timing parameters settled in the program of the microprocessor.
Available standard versions
For target lubrication with sensor input:
AMP since 1 up to 9 lubrication points, both with single or double nozzles
For target lubrication with time input:
AMC since 1 up to 9 lubrication points, both with single or double nozzles

Automatic lubrication systems IFC® AMP and AMC use INTERFLON® lubricants.
