Small… but great!
Cheap and reliable, the electro-pneumatic system IFC® MPE has been planned and developped to satisfy the needs for “water free” lubrication on small conveyors lines (being bottling, packaging or general transport).
 |
|
Thanks its extreme flexibility, IFC® MPE system is suitable with any kind of application where it is required to lubricate a limited and near located number of critical points in a sections of the transport line (i.e. in a bottling line: storage desks closed to washing machines, to filling machines, to packaging machines).
|
IFC® MPE system is the ideal solution also for the coat or drip lubrication of parts like traditional chains, roller chains both in iron or stainless steel, plate chains, guides and sliding plans of the transport lines.
Application areas
…. wherever a coat or drip lubrication of specific target points is requested
Advantages
- Dry and clean lubrication
- Dry and clean lubrication
- Reduced consumption of lubricant
- No lubricant dripping
- Optimal slipping of containers
- Reduction of “stick-slip”
- Reduction of energy consumption
- Reduction of chains wearing
- Easy management
- Wide range of applications
- Ecological friendly, due to the very low quantity of lubricant used
The system
IFC® MPE is an electro-pneumatic lubrication system of type “modular, with injection” installed on panel. Distribution of the lubricant is managed with volumetric pneumatic micro-pumps.
Quantity of dosed lubricant is adjustable from 3 up to 30 mm3 per each micro-pump individually. Regulation is made by setting the collar on the side of the micro-pump with clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.

Thanks to its particularity, IFC® MPE system can release the lubrication with work frequency up to 120 cycles/minute, according to the viscosity degree of the used lubricant.
On demand, we can supply a special version of the system able to distribute greases up to NLGI2, with doses from 3 up to 30 mm3.
Control and management
Management of IFC® MPE system is obtained through two timers: one for the agitation of the product in the reservoir, the other one for the work cycles of the micro-pumps.
Cycle time (pause and action) can be settled through the regulation trim on the timers.
As an alternative, it is possible to connect the system to a remote PLC: in such a case both management and monitoring will be in charge of the PLC. |
